
ATLANTIS POLICY
At Atlantis Nails & Spa, we are committed to providing services in a relaxing, and professional environment. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we have outlined the following policies to ensure every customer enjoys the best possible experience.
Check-In
All guests receiving services are required to check in with their name and phone number. This allows us to make your future visits and appointments more convenient.Guests who are registered in our system will also earn reward points with each visit, which can be redeemed for future services.
Oppointments
We kindly ask that you arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time for check-in and ensures you receive the full benefit of your service.
We warmly invite all guests to enjoy the relaxing environment of Atlantis Nails & Spa. Feel free to arrive early or linger after your service—bring a book, unwind, and enjoy a complimentary drink.
During Service
To provide a quality service as efficiently as possible, please inform our staff in advance if you have allergies or sensitivities to any products.Share your thoughts during your service so adjustments can be made immediately.Notify our team or the salon manager right away if you have any concerns about our staff, the service, or if you experience unusual reactions with your nails or skin.
Service Guarantee
Gel polish and Dipping powder are guaranteed for up to 7 days.
If you experience chipping or lifting within the guarantee period, we will provide a complimentary repair with the original color.
Repairs requested outside of the guarantee period, including cracks or breakages, will be subject to a service fee.
Please note that regular polish is not included in this guarantee.
Cancellation/Rescheduling
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance; 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule groups of three or more or three or more treatments.
We recognize the time of our clients and therapist is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
Same day appointments are subject to our cancellation/reschedule policy.
Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable once completed.
If you are not satisfied, please let us know before you check out so we can make adjustments or remove the applied product.
Refunds will not be issued due to a change of preference after the service is completed.
Gift Card
Gift cards cannot be refunded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
Gift cards must be used before the expiration date; expired cards cannot be accepted.
Health Conditions
Please advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy or special needs which may affect your services.
Safety and Security
For the safety of our customers and staff, our salon is monitored with video surveillance.
Please keep your belongings with you at all times. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Pets
For the comfort of all guests, please refrain from bringing pets into the spa, as some guests may have allergies.
